I'm a regular commuter and I often witness this scenario near Pasay Rotonda MRT Station.

    Some things never change. Used to notice those same things too more than 20 years ago when I would get off the LRT at Pasay Rotonda on my way home from school. Baka mas malala pa ngayon.
