Meralco Call Center | Reporting Meralco Service Problems

Until now, there are Meralco customers leaving comments on the blog entry about Meralco Customer Service I posted some six years ago. To date, there are 33 comments on the entry most of which are reports of service interruptions, complaints, follow up on the service requests, etc.

As to why these Meralco customers prefer to post comment on this blog than contact Meralco Call Center is beyond me. Thus, I'm making this blog entry now to correct it.

For Meralco customers who want to report service problems or other Meralco service issues, just contact Meralco Call Center. I've heard they respond quickly now.

You can use any landline whithin Metro Manila to contact 16211. Again, please don't leave comments here to report Meralco service problems.

  1. sir/madam gud pm. report ko lang sana kung bakit nakabitan ng kuryente yung pamilyang mira sa numbar 7 capitol hills, old balara, q.c samantalang nahuli sila na ang iillegal topping ng kuryente halos lahat silang magkakapatid, ilang million ang pinababayad sa kanila tapos kinabitan cla ng mabilisan. ano yan? lagayan? unfair naman sa mga legal na consumer nyo!

Good morning Meralco...Id like to report busted street light along san roque st. , brgy. fatima 5, city of san jose del monte, bulacan.infront of dolores residence. it was broken during typhoon pedring....we are hoping you could do some necessary action on this. my cell 09192488334 tnx kagawad Dhalia Benitez Note: i already reported it thru txt but till now we havent received any action...tnx...

  4. good day. talamak ang illegal tapper sa area ng manggahan st sa las piñas. ang daming nahuli pero ngaun andun p din at may ilaw sila. kameng nagbbayad pa ang malimit na nwawalan ng ilaw. sana naman aksyunan naman nila ang problemang to kameng nagbabayad ang nahihirapan e.

  6. good day! talamak po ang illegal user sa Manggahan St. sa Las Piñas. ang dami na pong nahuli pero andun n nmn at nakakabit n nmn cla. sana po aksyunan po eto at hulihin na ang mga to kasi kameng nagbabayad ang plageng nawawalan ng ilaw.

    im one of the officer of our barangay we have reported an illegal jumper on our barangay and meralco have responded however after they have removal immediately the concerned people have installed it again this is an apartment 1 apartment has 2 families and the other one have several boarder 7 families and the other one has 3 occupant with aircon and all electrical devices is their anyway that meralco can stop this forever. is their any law that penalizez them or much imprisoned them or shall we remain just alert for always we have a overload

    Gusto ko pong ipagbigay alam sa inyong opisina ang pagkakaroon ng illegal tapping sa aming lugar, sa address ng Myna St. Sitio Veterans Bagong Silangan Quezon City na pagmamay ari ni Perry Lubang na ginagawang negosyo sa apat na pamilya ang nakakabit sa kanyang linya at binabayaran siya buwan buwan at ito ay pinadaan sa lupa. Sa aking pagkakaalam ay illegal itong gawain na dapat ay kasuhan. Sana ay mabigyan ninyo po na aksyon ang bagay na ito.

    ni nais konng sumulat dito dahil ndi matugunan ng meralco baliwag bulacan ang aking hinaing isa po akung concerned citizen ng bustos bulacan nais ko pong ipagbgay alam sa inyo nasi mrs.hermilinda mateo ay nagpayus ng kuntador sa hindi tauhan ng meralco kaya lhat ng appliances nila ay comukunsumo ng mababang halaga sila nagpapakasasa sa kuryente na nakaw at dalawang bhay po cla ung isa po ay kay mrs. jovita mateo na nagnanakaw ng kuryente dahil sa pinayus nilang kuntador at e2 po ang facebook account ni mrs. hermilinda[ marlyn mateo] at e2 naman po confirmation ni mrs. jovita can you confirm 2 mr. boy paglinawan brgy. chairman ng malamig bulakan umaasa po aku sa inyong cooperasyon at tugon sna matugunnan ninyo sa lalong madaling panahon ang pagiilegal nila. salamat po

  10. gud afternoon! i want to report one of your staff whose doing disconnection, he name is edward degamo. he disconnect our electricity even i show to him our reciept that i already paid but he ignore it he said he received a notice of disconnect i told him it is already paid eventhough its already paid he still continue disconnect our electricity and he also have bad manner talking to customer i ask him name he said edward degamo after he said he turning around laughing like insulting while he go away. i confirm it to your call center and office of malabon about this matter but the staff i talk about this he suggest i send a report letter about this incident and together my suggest about this matter thank you .

  12. Hi, I'm from Malinta Valenzuela city, i'm here to tell you my complain. i just want to ask you meralco people kung kelan nyo ba mabibigyan ng solution yung problema sa mga "jumpers" dito.
    nakaka perwisyo kasi. di namin alam kung pano magtipid sa kuryente and yet sila nag eenjoy sa "free electricity" night and day videoke, pano naman kaming nagbabayad ng tama? there are some people from meralco who already went here but did nothing, konting silip silip lang then aalis na. yun lang naman po. thank you. Please do the right thing. you can go to Jadevine St. Malinta Valenzuela City. so that you can see it for yourselves,. thank you
