Tam-awan Village

Do you want to experience spending a night in an authentic traditional Ifugao hut? You can do that even without going to the Cordilleras!


If you are planning a Baguio City Tour, try Tam-awan Village instead of booking a hotel in Baguio City proper. Tam-awan Village also showcases art galleries and cultural activities aimed to enhance the appreciation of Cordillera life, culture and its history.



There are several huts with different sizes and features for you to chose from. The largest room is the Batad Hut, but I suggest you chose the Luccong Hut, which can accommodate up to four persons. Rate starts at P900/night. The good thing about the Luccong Hut is that it's is located near the coffee shop and the rest room. There is also a Dap-ay in front of Luccong where you may set up a bonfire during the night.


For a minimal entrance fee, you ca also have a tour at Tam-awan village even without booking a hut.
