Sister Elizabeth was diagnosed to have an advanced stage of cancer and underwent a surgical operation on October 2007. She was bedridden since May 2008 but still remained cheerful. She even cracked jokes to those who visited her. She really accepted her fate with serenity. She passed away on August 9, 2008.
Through out her religious life, she continuously took care of us, children at the Sisters of Mary School. She was always simple, cheerful, gentle and a truly loving mother to us.
Together with some friends from ASMSI, we went to SMS Silang Campus yesterday night to pay our last respect. Sister Elizabeth was laid to rest this morning.
